Coaching is a forward-focused partnership designed to help you achieve your goals and create positive change. A coach helps you identify what you want, overcome obstacles, and take action. Therapy, on the other hand, focuses on processing past experiences and treating mental health conditions. Coaching is not therapy and does not replace it.
Many clients report shifts in perspective and small wins within their first session. Bigger transformations typically happen over the course of a few weeks to months, depending on your situation and commitment to the process. Consistency and action between sessions are key to faster results.
